Novartis Patient Support™—your own dedicated team 

Novartis Patient Support is a one-on-one support service for people prescribed one-time ITVISMA treatment.
 
Once the completed and signed Novartis Patient Support Start Form is submitted, you'll be enrolled with Novartis Patient Support and connected with your Novartis Patient Support Case Coordinator who will be your main, dedicated point of contact.

Dedicated assistance from Novartis Patient Support and educational resources help people get started on treatment and support them along the way. Novartis Patient Support is not a clinical service and does not replace guidance from health care providers. Our goal is to help people feel informed about their treatment from day one.

Case Coordinator

Have questions related to spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and ITVISMA? Case Coordinators can help with:

  • Steps to treatment

    Explaining the steps before and after treatment with ITVISMA

  • The insurance process

    Helping navigate the insurance and reimbursement process, including benefits verification and prior authorization and appeals support

  • Financial support

    Identifying financial support options and eligibility

  • Tracking treatment delivery

    Tracking the ITVISMA treatment from prescription to delivery at the site of administration

Help with paying for treatment may be available for eligible patients

Novartis Patient Support may help you find programs that provide additional financial resources to support you and your family. Your Case Coordinator will share information with you on available financial assistance based on your specific situation.
